wonderful product I wore base layer under it and was perfectly great in a very cold October in Norway.
Look, I live in San Francisco and it's about to start raining a lot. These are going to be my biking/commuting pants. They're more for skiing, although mostly if you're a casual skiier. (I don't ski, maybe they would be good for a lot of skiing?) In any case, I love them. They do go "fwip fwiip fwip" when you walk, so they're noisy, but they're really freaking warm. If you can't handle the noise, that's OK. Maybe you don't have a lifestyle in which light ski pants are useful regularly, and you can deal with it every so often.
I just love the functionality of these pants. I ALSO love the matching jacket.
They're just exceptionally warm and cosy when you need to be outside.
The easy silhouette looks polished with both fitted knits and simple button-downs. Blue Grey has been easy to wear with the shoes and jackets I already own. I wore them with a fitted knit and weatherproof boots. The waist stayed smooth under a tucked knit and did not need much adjusting. The leg shape kept its clean line when I walked and sat. They stayed comfortable through several hours of sitting, walking, and running errands.
very well constructed and warm…..I’m going to ski in them!
Mist Navy has been easy to coordinate with the rest of my closet. The fleece and cargo details make them more casual than office trousers, so I use them mainly for weekends and outdoor plans. I still like the cargo pants, especially the easy silhouette, and expect to get plenty of use from them.
